PM Raja reaches India on private visit

JAIPUR: Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf has reached India on one-day private visit today (Saturday). He arrived in Jaipur, capital of India’s Rajasthan state, where Pakistan High Commissioner to New Delhi and others received him. Indian Foreign Minister, Salman Khurseed will host a luncheon party in honour of the Pakistan prime minister in Jaipur. Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf accompanied by his family members during his visit to the shrine of the sufi saint Khawaja Moinuddin Chishti (RA) in Ajmer Sharif will pay homage to the great saint. Ajmer Sharif security has been beefed up in view of his arrival. The shrine would be vacated before the arrival PM. Indian TV said that heavy contingents of police have been deployed.
