PHC issues notice to Musharraf in drone attacks case

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has issued a notice to former President Pervaiz Musharraf in the drone attacks case. A two member bench of the PHC was hearing the petition pertaining to drone attacks filed by Advocate S M Sabir. According to the petition, drone attacks are against the sovereignty of the country. The petition had made Musharraf and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government parties in the case.
