Abidi’s charges against Quratal Ain Trust proved wrong

Charges leveled by Faisal Raza Abidi against Begum Quratal Ain Trust have been proved wrong .
Legal experts have declared Senator Faisal Raza Abidi’s charges against former judges invalid and said that the Begum Quratal Ain Ramday Welfare Trust was established for the employees of Supreme Courts that’s why it has been functioning in the building of Supreme Court.

Leader of Pakistan People’s Party, Senator Faisal Raza Abidi while talking in Dunya News programme ‘On the Front’ blamed the judiciary by saying that a welfare trust in the name of Begum Quratal Ain Ramday has been functioning in the building of Supreme Court.

He claimed that the information about the trust are also available on the official website of Supreme Court.

“I ask that under which law a welfare trust has been established in the premises of Supreme Court, where electricity provided for official use is utilized for the welfare trust”, the PPP hawk added

When contacted, the legal experts revealed that Begum Quratal Ain Ramday Welfare Trust was established on 12 January 12, 2012 under Justice (retd) Khalil-ur-Rehman Ramday for the welfare of low income employees of the Supreme Court and there is nothing wrong in establishing it in the premises of the Supreme Court.
